It's an edited version of MOM 1.31 put together through hex editing. Off the top of my head, files that were changed are magic.exe, wizards, help, desc, itempow, itemmake, spelldat.. might be a few others. Just a question... its not possible to get undead heroes is it? By throwing life drain at them? If you did, I wonder if they'd count towards your limit of 6 heroes ... Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that one wizard you get as a super-hero when choosing dark spells a Vampire, and, thereby, undead?

Another issue with the game fixing any resource problems is balance. When all is said and done, I see the final multiplayer of MoM IME as having resource disruption as a legitimate and worthwhile strategy. I support this idea, yes. Going back to your comparing against real life for a moment: If we considder that the only real powers in the world are yourself and the other wizards, and every wizard is trying to be on top, who are you expecting to be able to buy rations from? Your enemies aren't likely to help you from yourself...
