The results of a torrin casting spellcaster can easily be found out. There are save game editors which will allow you to change the spell that the AI wizards are casting. There is a bug.....
I remember reading about a fame bug perhaps in the mom faq. It would give you a super high fame score. Off hand I dont remember how. Perhaps thats how that 4550 fame was acheived.

As I looked further into your project I realize that you are only using the information files other than the wizards.exe file and therefore you don't need to know locations. There are a few save game editors to see what will happen. Change the coordinates of the city to a node and let us know what happens.
