I think the problem is the same as the one with immolation - the 4 attack is applied per-unit and not per-figure. I would suggest Aura Of Majesty increases your taxes to the next level without increasing unrest, and Subversion increases the unrest but not the taxes. That would sort of have the same flavor as the originals.It may or may not be balanced, but Sorcery isn't too high on the power list anyway.

that does sound cool - maybe an option to change the chances for certain random rewards? could probably make some new artifacts to add to the rewards table without too much trouble...even new heroes, though I imagine those would be more of a pain and deviating farther from the original MoM that sai...
