Master of Magic - Implode's Multiplayer Edition

I think people should be limited to 10 books (per color). Maybe even 9, so you can't get every spell. Also, I'd consider reverting to picking spells that are guaranteed to be in your spellbook, as in Table A. Multi-color builds should be encouraged, as most people don't seem to think they're viable.

I'd really like to see a wholesale balancing and re-balancing, based on common consensus.

I think 11-book starts should be removed entirely. (spend that last pick on a minor color or a retort!)
