Hmm. The hero wouldn't have to be able to transport units on land - in fact, it shouldn't be able to. If the swimming hero has a movement of 2, and is travelling with a regular swordsman unit (with a movement of 1), the stack should have a movement of 1 on land and 2 on the sea. I was afraid of that. Too bad, it would be cool to have such a hero, and I wouldn't want a Lizardman hero to have Wind Walking. I'll have to think about this.

About heroes of the stack mover type: I was thinking of making a Lizardman hero (riding on a Dragon Turtle, I imagine) with the ability to transport units over water. But I'm wondering if it is possbile to do that - will a unit capable of moving on both land and water be able to have "paasenger...

Regarding Bee People: This should be quite cool Lubricus. I had some vague thoughts about a counterpoint to the Klackons, and I find it interesting that you went virtually the opposite direction. Yeah, I'm afraid that until someone creates a decent tool for adding the graphics, I won't be able to add anything to the game... :(

Yeah, I've thought about heroes, too. I want to add at least one hero for each of the races that do not presently have one. Most of the races look human, and the rest are of only a few different races (High Elf, Dwarf, Orc, Draconian). I'll give it some more thought.

Sure, there are relatively few bots, but the ordinary traffic on this forum is slow enouugh to make each new post interesting. And so it is really annoying to find that the newest post is one of those crappy adverts. :shock: Still, I much prefer keeping Implode's focus on the game!

I fail to see why graphics is such a big selling point. I mean, I get that people want great graphics, but at the cost of good gameplay?! I'd easily paid double the normal cost of a new game for an updated (gameplay-wise) version of Civ 2, MoO 2, MoM or Colonization without any new graphics at all.....

Unrest editing

I have a problem with the editor. I'm trying to edit the unrest values, and get a message saying that "unrestpercentage" is missing. The same thing happens if I try to enter unrest values for a new race I've added. Is this supposed to work?

Well, I think they shoudl have Engineer-type units to reflect their industrious nature, and i guess they would build roads for their allies to use. Maybe they should be closer to the Klackons, to explain this?

I agree completely. MOO 2 took wwhat was good about MOO 1 and made it better. MOO 3 took what was tedious and uninspired about MOO 2 and made it worse...
