Can't cast unit enchantment

I cast Eldritch Weapon in the overland screen. When it finished, I did not receive an option to cast it and cannot see what menu to enter to do so. The only thing that happens is I cannot end turn until the spell is cast. Anyone able to help me figure out how to cast it?
