Master of Magic - Multiplayer Hotseat

Howdy, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum. I have the master of magic - Implode Multiplayer from 2010 yet multiple music tracks are playing in the background for hotseat multiplayer (one computer for multiplayer).

Is hotseat with only one music track playing possible with master of magic and what would be the steps for this working?

Well I have the multiplayer now working after reinstalling the Java 8. My last problem is the multiplayer hotseat has music playing for each of the client windows running. How can I keep the battle sounds yet remove the music from the other windows?

I've requested a sound mixer feature recently, but he has stated that the current java sound library (jPlayer) he uses does not support it, and that more importantly he has other AI features he wants to code in to IME first, if i was given the choice of which feature gets his attention first (i want both of course) i want whatever he wants. He's been away for a couple of months since latest release fixes, i saw AI commits then maybe he took a break, maybe you could code in a fix that would separate the sfx and music? or you could just re/move your installed music so i won't play.

I work with computer hardware and software, but not a developer so I wouldn't know how to stop multiple music tracks from running during multiplayer hotseat. Hopefully Implode or another expert will be able to fix the multiplayer hotseat so multiple music tracks are not simultaneously running basically making sound useless in the game.
Also the music seems much louder than the gameplay sound effects.

You may still just re/move your installed music so it won't play. Download & install 7-Zip, open momime-client-0.9.7.4.jar (it is an archive), delete or rename the folder momime.client.music, or open it and replace all or just some selected MP3s in it with a silent sound file (e.g. dl here at bottom of webpage - http://duramecho.com/Misc/SilentCd/).

You may also export the music & sfx and adjust their levels with 3rd party software (Audacity maybe? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCisC3sHneM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uqCNjbQn54) and import them back in (7-Zip), if you do and things go well you may want to share the new audio for IME's next release. Or you can "normalize" the audio across multiple clips (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6urx0OyKM8) with 3rd party software (Audacity again maybe? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytLEJv8seXk).
