[minor improve] Back button

Hello world,

when creating player, specially when choosing a wizard, there is NO back button, only Cancel (which leave the 'join game')...

May be choose a wizard, see his spells... hmm, no, not this one, back and then choose another one... or even enter the name+ok... oh! I mistaken -> back, etc...

Good point. In MoM, one could press escape to go back a step.

I'm planning on redoing creating games for 0.9.2, so I'll look at it then. But its not as simple as it sounds...

I kind of miss the generic esc = back or cancel from the original MOM.

Took me a while to figure out how to exit the scroll message. :)
