Spanish language file.

Post by Singularity »

Hi to all, guys.

I'm 31 and have been on games since 7, and can safely say that MoM is my favorite game still to this day.

Well, someone has to do the Spanish localization of this project, and I'll put as time as I can into it.

Posting any progress as soon as I can :)

Hi, people.

Sorry by the long silence, but very dire RL problems left me out of anything game related.

However, now that they're somewhat solved, I'm more than willing to start working in the translation again.

I'm finally able to start a game and thus test it, although I get the same error as ever when closing the client. Since it seems to be not of a problem for now, I'll forget about it, also for now.

Greetings to all again, and I'll promise this time I won't abandon :D Hope this project may come to reality one day with me being a tiny part of it.

I'm done with races, spellbooks, retorts, terrain types and features, and buildings. I suppose spells will be the real hard work.

Wait till you get to language text categories. That's the worst part. I'm still stuck on it (I was away for over a month, and trying to finish the polish translation).
Warsaw isn't a kind of a battle saw. It's the capital of Poland.

Just done with Nature spells, and reworked some stuff to fit in the boxes. That is... "Sorcery Mastery" translates as "Dominio de la Brujería", but had to be "Maestro Brujo" in order to prevent overlapping. And so many other things.

Death spells are finished. In the meantime, I'm doing 2 separate translation files (original and "flavored").

Should also begin to learn Java, to create new and complex spells when the time comes...
