how i do research spells?

i dont see any spells on the "apprentice" screen :/.
and so i cant end a turn..or i have to set my researchpoints to zero.
And do i have to set my screen res everytime to 1024?..because i use normaly 1920*1200 and this gamewindow is really....small ^^

1) No I changed the way the spell/research worked. You cast & research both through the "spells" button... just turn enough pages to the right until you get to the research page. F3/Apprentice shows you what spells you've got queued up to cast. Or you could use the Magic screen and set your reseach to zero.

2) For now, yes. Or hit alt-enter and play full screen in 640x480. Actually I play it on my 30" monitor in 2560x1600 ;) But its something I'm working on... see my other post about fullscreen/fonts/etc.
